We’ve been here at A/10 in Udhyog Kunj for quite a while now. Road Number 13 is usually pretty busy with trucks and people moving things around, and our place is right in the middle of all that activity. Thermocare Engineers India Pvt Ltd started out small, just a few of us trying to figure out how to handle the engineering side of things properly. Most days, you’ll find us on the shop floor dealing with whatever project is currently on the bench. It’s not a fancy setup, just a lot of metal, tools, and some old desks in the corner where we keep the paperwork. We spend a lot of time talking about technical specs and making sure things actually fit together like they should. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery truck gets stuck in traffic, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. The air is always a bit dusty, and there is usually a radio playing somewhere in the back. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us doing the work and making sure we get through the daily list. People stop by to ask about parts or just to see how a job is coming along. It’s a loud place, especially when the machines are all running at once. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but the way we do things hasn't changed much since we first moved into Side No. 1.
