Bhel is located in the Noida Project Engineering Management area in Sector 16 A. It’s quite a large office setup compared to the smaller shops in the city. When you walk into the building, you’ll see rows of desks and people focused on their computer screens. This is where a lot of the planning and technical work happens. It’s a very different environment from a factory floor; it’s more about documents, drawings, and endless meetings. We have a lot of people working here, and everyone has their own specific role to play in the projects we handle. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though things can get a bit hectic when a deadline is approaching. We have a canteen where most of us gather for lunch, and that’s usually the loudest part of the day. The building itself is well-maintained, but it feels like a typical office space with grey partitions and bright lights. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different teams and making sure everything is on track. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve all gotten used to the pace of things here. Sector 16 A is a busy commercial hub, so there’s always a lot of traffic and activity just outside. Many of us have worked here for a decade or more, and we’ve formed a close-knit group over the years. It’s a stable place to work, even if the days sometimes feel a bit long. The evening commute is usually the toughest part of the day.
