Encon Thermal Engineers (P) Ltd

We’ve been at this spot in Sector 52, Noida for a good while now. It’s a busy corner of Gautam Budh Nagar and our building, B 92, is pretty easy to find if you know the area. We do thermal engineering work, which basically means dealing with heat and how it moves in industrial setups. It’s not flashy work, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we know each other's coffee orders by heart. The traffic in Noida can be a bit much during rush hour, but we manage. We aren't a huge office with glass walls or anything, just a practical space where we get things done. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other days it’s quieter, letting us catch up on paperwork. People stop by for meetings and we just pull up a chair and talk through what needs doing. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. If something needs fixing or designing, we just get to it. Being in U.P. has its own rhythm and we’ve grown used to it over the years. We handle the technical side of things without making it too complicated for anyone. It's just Encon and the crew here, making sure the thermal stuff works like it’s supposed to for the people who rely on us. Every day brings something a bit different, but the work remains steady.
