Even though our name mentions Faridabad, we are currently working out of Noida. You can find us at Gali Number 22 in the Sadarpur Colony area of Sector 45. It’s a bit of a specific spot, tucked away. We are situated c/o Hariom Chohan. The colony is a busy place with lots of families and small shops around. It’s a real local neighborhood feel. Tal Bros Eng. Company is basically a bunch of us who know our way around engineering work. We don’t have a big glass building. Instead, we work out of a more modest space that fits what we need to do. Every morning is a bit of a rush to get through the traffic in Noida to get here. Once we are in, it’s all about the machines and the technical drawings. We’ve been at this for a while and don’t see a need to change how we do things. It’s honest work. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. If a part needs fixing or a design needs checking, we just do it. The street can be a bit dusty and the noise from the street comes in sometimes, but that’s just part of being in Sadarpur. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent company without making a big deal out of it. Some days are longer than others, especially when there is a deadline. We just put on the lights and stay until it is finished. It’s not about having a fancy name on the door, it’s about making sure the parts we work on are correct.
