We operate out of W-85 in Sector-12, Noida. It’s a 201301 address. We go by Sysmind Llc or Software Bulls Inc., depending on what we are working on. The office is a bit of a mix of tech stuff and old-fashioned paperwork. We have cables running everywhere because we’re always setting up something new. It’s not the neatest place you’ve ever seen, but we know where everything is. The team is small and we’ve known each other for a long time. We don't have a human resources department or a big marketing team. We just sit at our desks and write code or fix systems. Sector-12 is a bit quieter than the commercial hubs, which we like. It lets us focus. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s dark outside. We usually order in some food and keep going. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If the door is open, you can just walk in. We like the local vibe of the area. There’s a guy who sells great snacks just down the road. Our goal isn't to be a tech giant. We just want to build things that work and keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about it. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it suits us just fine. We keep the lights on and the servers running.
