Style & Chek

Sector 18 is a bit more modern than some other parts of the city, but J 55 is still a pretty basic spot. Style & Chek is located here on the ground floor. We have a few windows that let in some light, but the building next door is so close that we don't see much of the sky. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of racks and a few desks tucked into the corners. We don't spend a lot of money on decorations or fancy lighting. Style & Chek is more about the practical side of things. We spend our mornings checking the arrivals and our afternoons sorting through the stock. The door at J 55 squeaks a little bit when you open it, but we’ve gotten used to the sound. Sector 18 has a lot of traffic during the lunch hour, so we usually just stay inside and eat at our desks. There isn't a big sign outside, just a small one near the buzzer. We don't do much in the way of marketing or trying to impress people who walk by. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to keep things organized. It’s a decent place to work and the people around here are friendly enough. We’ve been at this location for a few years and it serves us well for what we do every day. We don't need much more than this space.
