So, we are based out of D -71 in Sector 20, Noida. It’s a pretty standard spot in a part of town that everyone knows for being a bit crowded but easy to find once you know the landmarks. Ssj Solutions has been running from this address for a bit now. The building itself is one of those typical Noida structures where everyone kind of knows their neighbors. Inside, we’ve got a few rooms set up with desks and chairs that we probably should have replaced a year ago. It’s not a shiny glass building or anything, just a solid place to get work done without too many distractions. Most mornings start with someone trying to figure out where to park the scooter because the lane gets tight. We spend our hours looking at spreadsheets and talking to folks on the phone. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going full blast. We don't have a bunch of fancy slogans on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old posters. It’s a small team, so you usually know who is doing what just by looking across the room. We don't really do big meetings; we just talk across the desks when something needs fixing. It feels more like a workshop than an office sometimes, which suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind without making a fuss about things.
