Srt India is located on the second floor of Wave Mall in Sector 18, Noida. Our shop number is 16. Being in the mall means it’s easy to find, especially since we are quite close to the Radisson Hotel. It’s a different vibe being inside a shopping center compared to a street-side shop. We get a lot of foot traffic from people just walking around the mall. The air conditioning is always on, which is a relief in the Noida heat. We’ve been here at this location for a while now. Our space is organized, but it’s busy. We deal with a lot of different things throughout the day, and there’s always something going on. Sometimes the mall is quiet in the mornings, and then it gets really packed in the evenings and on weekends. We have to follow the mall’s timing, so we are here when the gates open. It’s a convenient spot because people can finish their business with us and then go grab a bite or do some shopping. We don't have a big grand entrance, just a regular shop front on the second floor. The staff is used to the mall environment and the noise from the atrium. We just focus on our tasks and try to help everyone who stops by. It’s a practical setup in a very central part of Noida where everything is always moving and there is always plenty of energy around us.
