Being located in the Noida Special Economic Zone 35 means we deal with a lot of security every morning. Sparta Infotech India Pvt Ltd is inside the gates, so the walk from the entrance can be a bit long if you don't catch the shuttle. The office itself is pretty standard. We have the usual desks, some whiteboards that are covered in old notes we forgot to erase, and a very busy server room. Working in the SEZ has a different vibe compared to the rest of the city. Everything feels a bit more regulated. Our team handles a lot of data and tech support, so there is always a low hum of people talking on headsets. It’s a steady environment. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby with a fountain. It’s just a place where we sit down and get through the work. Most of us have been here for a couple of years, so we have our routines down. The coffee machine in the breakroom is the most popular spot in the building. We usually spend our lunch breaks walking around the zone just to get some fresh air. It’s a professional setup, but we keep it pretty relaxed inside our own walls. We don't worry about corporate politics much. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad.
