Sogo Fashion Pvt Ltd is spread across two units, D-1 and D-2, out here in Greater Noida. Having these two spaces right next to each other helps us stay organized, even though it still feels a bit cramped on most days. This is a large industrial area and our building fits right in with all the other factories around here. We do not have any extra bells and whistles or fancy signs. The walls are plain and our entire focus is on the production floor where the real work happens. You will see plenty of trucks coming and going throughout the day to drop off raw fabric or pick up the finished boxes for delivery. It involves a lot of manual labor and keeping a close eye on all the small details. Most of the staff members have been with us since we first opened up these units in Noida. We usually eat our lunch together in a small corner we cleared out for a break area. It is not a corporate environment at all; it feels more like a small family business even though we have grown over the years. The constant noise of the machinery is just something you get used to after working here for a few days. We do not spend any money on marketing teams or clever slogans. We just show up at D-1 and D-2 every morning and stay until the work is done.
