Softrock

Our office is at A-341 in Vijay Vihar, Rohini. Softrock started out as just a small idea and grew into this workplace. It’s not a huge operation. We have a few rooms where we sit and handle our daily business. People in the area know us as the quiet lot who are always on their computers. We don't go out much during the day, except to grab a quick bite. The space is functional. We have desks that have seen better days and a printer that sometimes decides not to work when we’re in a hurry. That’s just how it goes. We do tech work because we are good at it and it pays the bills. There’s no grand vision or anything like that. We just want to do a decent job so people come back to us. Rohini is a busy part of the city, and being in Vijay Vihar gives us a good base. We have a routine that works for us. It involves a lot of typing, some occasional arguing about which way a project should go, and a lot of tea. We aren't corporate people. We don't like meetings that last for hours for no reason. We’d rather just sit down and finish the task at hand. It’s a practical way to spend the day. Sometimes we stay late because the work is interesting, but mostly we just try to finish so we can enjoy our evenings. It’s a simple life and we like it that way.
