We set up Skons India Pvt Ltd in New Moti Nagar at 22/335. It’s a standard neighborhood and our office fits right in. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy entrance or expensive furniture. We have what we need to get through the workday. Usually, the morning starts with checking emails and seeing what needs fixing from the day before. We deal with various business tasks and try to stay organized, even if the desk piles up sometimes. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There’s no boss who stays hidden in a back room; we’re all out here together. We chose this spot because it was convenient. Being in New Moti Nagar means we are close to the things we need. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We might wear jeans and t-shirts most days. It’s about the output, not the outfit. We’ve been here for a bit and have seen the area change, but our routine stays mostly the same. We just keep our heads down and work. If something breaks, we fix it. If a client has a question, we answer it simply. We don't see the point in making things more complicated than they have to be. It’s just a normal job in a normal part of town. We spend our afternoons working through lists and making sure things are shipped or finished on time. It is a quiet, honest way to make a living.
