Sibakanta Biswal

It's just me, Sibakanta Biswal, working out of my place here at 65B in the Dhawal Giri Apartments. We’re in Sector-11 of Noida. I've been here for a while now. Things usually stay busy, but that's how it goes when you're running things yourself. It’s not a big fancy office or anything like that, just a regular setup where the work gets done. I try to keep things straightforward. People sometimes ask how I manage from an apartment, but it works out fine once you get into a routine. The neighbors are used to seeing people come and go. Sometimes the lift acts up, but we make it work. Most of the day is spent handling whatever comes across the desk. I don't really have a big team or a lot of bells and whistles. It's mostly just practical stuff. If you're looking for the spot, it's pretty easy to find once you get into the sector. I think being in a residential area keeps things grounded. There's always tea nearby and the desk is usually covered in papers, but I know where everything is. It’s just how I like to run things. Not too much fuss, just getting the daily tasks out of the way so tomorrow can start fresh. It’s a quiet enough corner for focusing on the details of the job. I'm usually around if you need something.
