Shubham Garment

You can find Shubham Garment at 311 in Vasundhara Enclave. It is a small shop we started because we wanted to work for ourselves. The area is mostly residential, so we get a lot of families coming in. We keep a variety of clothes, mostly stuff people wear at home or for casual outings. It isn't a fancy boutique. We have some wooden shelves we built ourselves and a few metal racks for the heavier coats and jackets. The space is a bit small, but it’s enough for what we do. We spend most of our time unpacking bundles and checking for any defects. We don't really have a philosophy or anything like that. We just sell clothes. If someone likes something, they buy it. We've had some regulars since we opened. They usually come in every few months to see if we have anything new. Vasundhara Enclave is a nice place to have a shop. It's relatively quiet compared to the big markets. We open up around ten in the morning and stay until late evening. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when there are no customers. It gives us a chance to talk to the other shopkeepers nearby. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We don't use a lot of colorful signs or loud music. Just the shop name and the clothes we have in stock at the moment. It's a steady way to get through the month.
