Our place is in Sector-2, at B-48. It is a pretty standard industrial area, so it is not exactly a scenic place to work. There are lots of other units around us making all sorts of different things. We have a decent-sized space here, though most of it is taken up by packing materials and big boxes ready to be shipped out. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with transport guys, trying to figure out where the trucks are or when they will arrive. It can be quite frustrating sometimes, but that is just how the job goes. The office part is just a small room with a window that looks out onto the street. We have a couple of computers that are getting a bit slow, but they still get the job done for us. It is a small group of people here. We have worked together for a long time, so we do not need to talk much to know what needs to be done next. We usually have a pot of tea going in the corner throughout the day. The walls are covered with old calendars and some notes we have scribbled to ourselves. We do not have a receptionist or anyone like that. If the doorbell rings, whoever is closest just goes to the door to see who it is. We do not really do much in terms of marketing. Most of our work comes from people we have known for years. It's a steady rhythm that we've grown used to.
