I am Shailendra and I live and work in Greater Noida. You can find me at I-251, Beta II. This sector is one of the more established parts of the city. It’s not like those new areas where nothing is built yet. I’ve stayed at this address for several years. My work setup is very basic. I have a room dedicated to my business activities. It is not a corporate space with a logo on the wall. It is just a house where work happens. I handle everything from start to finish. If there is a problem, I am the one who fixes it. I don't have a customer service department. I like it that way because I know exactly what is going on with every task. Greater Noida is a bit quieter than Delhi, which suits me. I can focus better here. I don’t go in for fancy talk or trying to sound like a big company. I am just a guy who knows his trade. My neighbors know what I do and sometimes they stop by for a chat. I keep my documents in simple folders and my desk is usually covered in notes. It looks like a real workspace because it is one. I don't spend money on advertising. I just focus on the people who already know me. It is a steady way to do things. I just want to keep working hard and stay honest in my dealings with everyone.
