Shades Fashions Pvt. Ltd.

Our office for Shades Fashions Pvt. Ltd. is located over at G-165 in Sector-22, which is another part of Noida we’ve been operating out of. This side of town is always crowded, and finding parking can be a real headache some days. Inside, the space is pretty much filled with desks, samples of clothing, and stacks of paperwork that never seem to go away. We aren’t really into making the place look like a showroom because we are too busy actually working on the garments. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but honestly, nobody here really cares about that as long as the machines are running and the shipments are ready on time. We have a small team here, and most of us have been together for years, so we don't need a lot of rules to know what to do. Lunch is usually a group thing where we share whatever we brought from home. It’s noisy and sometimes messy with all the thread and scraps of cloth lying around the floor before the evening cleanup. Noida gets really hot in the summer, so the fans are always on full blast, making it hard to hear someone talking from the other side of the room. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a basic setup but it works for us and the people who buy the clothes we produce.
