We’ve been here at Sector-12 in Noida for a while now. It’s just a regular spot where we handle the daily work for Shades Fashions Pvt. Ltd. If you know the area, it’s mostly busy with people moving around and other small offices nearby. Our place is at O-84. It isn't a huge fancy building or anything, just a practical space where we get things done. Most of the days are spent looking over fabrics and making sure the orders are moving along like they should. Some mornings are a bit slow when the tea guy is late, but usually, it’s quite active by ten. The staff here mostly lives around the city, so we all know the shortcuts to avoid the Noida traffic in the evenings. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with big meetings and fancy posters on the wall. It’s more about checking the stitch quality and counting the stock before it goes out. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just sit outside for some air until it comes back on. It’s just how things work here. We try to keep things simple and focus on the clothes. It’s been our routine for a long time. People stop by sometimes to ask for directions or just to see what we are making this week. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the sector.
