Rickmack

Rickmack is tucked away at C- 85 Sector -9. It’s a quiet enough street most mornings before the sun gets too high. We open up early and stay until the work is finally done. The office isn't very large, but it fits us just fine for what we need. We have a few computers and a lot of files stacked up in the corner. Sometimes the place feels a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is located. It’s a small team here. We all know each other well and know exactly how the other person works. We don’t spend much time on fancy marketing or trying to look bigger than we actually are. We are just a small local business trying to do things right for our customers. The neighbors at Sector-9 are mostly other small shops and some houses. It has a nice, comfortable feel to it. We get the occasional visitor who gets lost looking for another block in the area. We help them find their way and then get right back to our own tasks. There’s a lot of focus on the daily routine here. Filling out forms, answering emails, checking the inventory. It’s the kind of work that needs to be done carefully. We don’t make a big deal out of it. When things get busy, we just stay a bit later into the evening. It’s better than having nothing to do. We’ve had the same sign out front for many years now. It’s a bit faded but it works for our needs.
