Gramps Software Technology

We are tucked away in Sector 7 at B-38. It’s a simple office space in a regular building. It is nothing like those big tech parks you see in the news with the glass walls. Just a few rooms with computers, some mismatched chairs, and a small kitchen where we make coffee. We chose Sector 7 because it’s easy for the staff to get to using the local transport. There isn't a big sign outside or anything fancy to announce we are there. Just a small plate on the door with the name. Gramps Software started out small and we’ve stayed that way on purpose because we like it. We like knowing everyone’s name and what they are working on. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to get it done. We’re usually too busy staring at screens and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't working right. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is good when you really need to concentrate on a problem. Sometimes we go out for a walk around the block just to get some fresh air. It’s a very ordinary setup. No beanbags or ping pong tables in this office. Just desks, chairs, and people working. We don't make big promises to anyone. We just take on the projects we can handle and try to finish them without too much drama. It’s a practical way to run a small tech business.
