Novotel Technology Pvt. Ltd.

Novotel Technology Pvt. Ltd. is based out of E-160 in Sector 63. This part of Noida is mostly industrial, so there are lots of factories and offices nearby. We are right in the middle of all that activity. We spend our time working on various tech projects. It’s mostly software and system stuff that takes a lot of focus. The office is pretty standard—desks, computers, and a lot of cables everywhere. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just a workspace where we get down to business. Some days are really long, especially when a project is near a deadline and we are all huddled around a single screen trying to find a bug. We order in food quite a bit because nobody wants to stop working. Sector 63 is a busy place, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. Once we are inside, though, it’s just us and the machines. We’ve been here for some time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the area. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just solid technical work for the folks who hire us. It’s a practical way to earn a living and we take some pride in actually finishing what we start, even if it takes a few extra hours of scratching our heads over a piece of code. It keeps us on our toes every day.
