You’ll find us in the basement of B-102 in Sector 6, over in Chhipitola. It’s a bit of a hidden spot, but we’ve been running events and organizing tours from here for quite some time now. The office is usually a bit of a mess with brochures, itineraries, and decoration samples scattered around. We handle a mix of things, like planning local functions or booking trips for families who want to go somewhere new for their holidays. It’s just a few of us working here. One minute we are talking to a caterer and the next we are trying to find a good hotel deal for a customer on the computer. Things can get pretty hectic, especially during the wedding season or when the big holidays are coming up. We don't have a big fancy storefront on the main road, so most people find us through word of mouth from their neighbors. Chhipitola is a busy area and we like being tucked away where we can actually get some work done without too many distractions. Sometimes plans change at the last minute and we have to scramble to fix things, but that’s just the nature of events and travel. We don't use any big corporate systems, just our phones and the contacts we’ve made over the years. We try to be practical about what can be done with a budget. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure people end up where they should be.
