Dream India Tours

Our office is at C-304 in Sector-22. It is not on the ground floor, so you have to come up to find us. Dream India Tours is a small operation. We have two or three desks and a lot of printed itineraries scattered around. There are maps pinned to the walls with some notes scribbled on them. We spend most of our time on the computer or the phone, trying to sort out hotel bookings and transport for people. It is not a fancy travel agency with big screens showing holiday videos. It is just a regular office where we do the hard work of planning. Sector-22 is a busy residential and commercial area, so there is always the sound of horns and people outside. We often have tea while we talk to customers about where they want to go for their holidays. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything. We just know a lot about travel and try to help people avoid problems on their trips. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait around to finish a booking, which is annoying but that’s just how it is. We keep things simple and honest. If a hotel is not good, we tell people. We just want to make sure the plans we make actually work out for everyone. It’s a lot of double-checking dates and prices, but we’ve been doing it for long enough to know the tricks.
