Enriching Tours

We started Enriching Tours a while back and we’re located at Plot No. 2 in the Basant Vihar Colony. It’s in the Dolatpur Pandepur area. The office is really just a simple room where we keep all our files and brochures. We don't spend a lot of money on decorations because we’d rather just focus on getting the travel details right for people. Most days involve us sitting at the computers or talking on the phone with hotels and guest houses. We handle local trips and some longer ones too, depending on what people are looking for. It gets a bit noisy in the colony sometimes with kids playing outside, but it’s a nice place to work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phone and writing down names and dates. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to call people back to fix a detail, but we always make sure it’s right in the end. People from around Dolatpur usually just walk in to ask about prices. We try to be helpful and give them a fair idea of what a trip will cost. It isn't a high-pressure environment at all. We just like talking about travel and helping folks get where they want to go. Being in Basant Vihar Colony makes it easy for our regulars to drop by for a quick chat about their next holiday.
