We operate out of Shri Ram Palace in the Bhoja Market area of Sector 27. Unirise Travel Rider Solutions Lip is the name we go by. The market is a very busy place, especially in the mornings when everyone is setting up their stalls. Our office is just a simple room where we coordinate everything. We have some desks, a few phones, and a lot of maps or lists of addresses that we use. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure they know where they are going for their pickups. There is always someone coming in or going out, so the door is usually opening and closing all day long. The building is older, so the stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We keep a pot of tea going most of the time because it is a long day for everyone. It is not a corporate setting with suits or anything like that. We wear regular clothes and just focus on getting people where they need to be. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit chaotic, but we manage to keep track of things on our lists. We have been in Bhoja Market for a while now, so we know the local shops and the people around here. It is just a practical place for us to run the business.
