Aaffreen

Aaffreen is located up on the second floor of C-50 in Sector 6. It’s a pretty typical industrial area in Gautam Budh Nagar. You’ve got a lot of similar businesses all around here, everyone just doing their own thing. Our space is mostly taken up by long cutting tables and rows of sewing machines. It’s nothing fancy to look at, just plain white walls and some old fluorescent lights. We don't spend any money on decorating the office because we’re usually far too busy with the actual work. We handle all various types of clothing. Sometimes it's a huge run of just one thing, other times it’s a mix of different styles and colors. We have a few steady workers who have been with us for a while now. They really know the rhythm of the place. We usually start quite early and stay until the day's work is finished. It can get a bit stressful when a big deadline is coming up, but we usually manage to get through it. We aren’t interested in those big corporate meetings or having fancy presentations. We’d much rather just show someone a real sample of what we can make. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, especially when we are carrying heavy boxes, but it keeps us moving. We’ve been in this sector for a bit and know the local vendors well. It’s just a practical way to earn a living.
