Bhumika Fashions

Bhumika Fashions is located down in the basement of C-60 in Sector-2. It is not the kind of place with a big glass storefront on the main road. You have to walk down the steps to find us. It is a bit cooler down here, which is nice in the summer. We have filled the space with racks and tables for all our work. There is usually thread and fabric scraps on the floor because we are always in the middle of something. It is a working shop, not a boutique where everything is perfect. We spend our time cutting, sewing, and checking the finish on different pieces. Sector-2 is a busy spot, so there is always something going on upstairs or on the street. We have been in this basement for a while now, and it has become like a second home. We do not have a big marketing team; we just let the clothes speak for themselves. People find us because they live nearby or a friend told them where to go. It is a simple, honest business. We are not trying to be a high-end fashion house; we just like making things that people can wear. The lighting is not the best, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. It is just a group of us working hard at Bhumika Fashions, making things happen one day at a time. It's dusty but we enjoy the work.
