Jamini Exports Ltd.

We are based in Sf- 46 at Ansal Fortune Arcade. It’s right in Sector- 18, so it’s easy for people to drop by. We share the name Jamini Exports Ltd., and this particular spot handles a lot of the logistical side of things. It’s a busy little office. We have boxes stacked nearly to the ceiling sometimes. My desk is tucked in the corner behind a tall stack of ledgers. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If the door is open, just come on in. We’re usually busy with some kind of inventory check. The arcade can be noisy, especially on weekends, but we stay focused on our tasks. We've worked with the same suppliers for a long time. It’s about building those connections over tea and long chats. We don't use much fancy software; a lot of it is still done by hand or in simple spreadsheets. It works for us. We know where everything is. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the paper, but we don't mind. It feels like a real place of work. We’ve seen other shops in the arcade come and go, but we’ve managed to stay put. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It's not glamorous, but it’s what we know. We close up around six most days unless there is a late truck. That doesn't happen too often luckily. We like the convenience of being in the center of Noida.
