If you come looking for Uem India Pvt. Ltd., you’ll find us in Tower- B at A-1 Windsor It Park. We have the 2Nd & 3Rd Floor here in Sector-125. The building is pretty easy to spot from the road because of its size and the sign at the gate. Most of the staff here spend their time between the two levels, so there is a fair amount of back and forth throughout the day. The elevators can be slow during the peak times in the morning, so many of us just take the stairs if we’re only going up one level. It’s a professional kind of atmosphere but without the stiffness of a bank. We have people working on all sorts of things, and the desks are usually covered in folders and notebooks. The cafeteria in the IT park is where a lot of the socializing happens, but inside the office, we mostly stick to our tasks and talk about the work. The lighting is that typical office white, and it stays the same regardless of what time of day it is. Being in Sector-125 is convenient for some and a long drive for others, but it’s the place we’ve called our work home for a while now. We don’t really do anything fancy in terms of decor; it’s just a functional space meant for work. Every day feels a bit like the last, but the projects keep us moving.
