J. V. G. Garments

Our place is at D- 140 in Sector- 10. It’s an industrial area, so there are lots of other factories and units around us. We do garments here. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular brick structure with a big metal gate. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of sewing machines and people talking over the noise. We don't have a big reception or anything. Usually, you just walk in and find someone at a cutting table. We handle various types of clothing depending on the orders we get that month. Some days are very quiet and we just do maintenance on the machines, while other days we are staying late to finish up a batch. The tea stall down the road is where we usually take our breaks. It gets quite dusty in this sector because of all the construction and trucks moving back and forth. We’ve been here for a few years now. It’s a practical space, meant for working, not for showing off. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just make the clothes and send them out. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it ourselves. It’s just the way things are in a small garment unit like this one. We keep going regardless of the small daily problems.
