Lnj Denim

You can find Lnj Denim over at A-12 in the Bhilwara Towers in Sector-1. It’s a pretty large building, and we have our own space inside where we handle the daily operations. Working in Sector-1 is convenient because everything is close by. The towers are quite busy with people from all sorts of companies coming and going. We have a set routine here. We check the samples, talk to the factory folks, and deal with the logistics side of things. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at swatches of blue fabric. The windows in our section look out over the parking lot. It’s not the most exciting view, but at least there’s some natural light. We aren't a small shop, but we try to keep things friendly among the staff. We usually have lunch together in the common area. The denim business is always moving, so we stay pretty busy. There’s always some new batch to look at or some shipping delay to figure out. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just focus on the fabric and making sure it gets where it needs to go. Sometimes the elevators in the tower act up, and we have to take the stairs, which is quite a workout. It’s a professional enough place but we keep it grounded. We try to keep the clutter down but there are always jeans everywhere.
