Scorpio Technologies

Scorpio Technologies is located at 62 in Sector 28. It’s a fairly quiet spot, which is good for the kind of work we do. We spend most of our hours looking at screens and trying to make things function properly. We’ve been here for a few years now. The office is a bit small, but it’s enough for the handful of people we have on staff. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just does what they are good at. Sometimes that means someone is doing design work while someone else is digging through a database. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the desk gets covered in papers and coffee mugs. That’s just life in a small tech shop. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to build stuff that works like it’s supposed to. Sector 28 is a nice area, and we like the local shops nearby. We don't really do big meetings or long presentations. Most of our communication happens across the room or over a quick chat. It’s a very hands-on environment. If something breaks, we fix it. If a client has a question, we answer it. It’s pretty simple. We’ve had some tough projects that kept us up late, but we always managed to get through them eventually. It’s not always pretty, but we get the work out the door and move on to the next thing.
