Sahara Computers & Electronics is right in the middle of the action in Sector-22, Noida. Our address is D-2, and if you know this area, you know how crowded it gets. There are always people walking by and bikes parked everywhere. Inside our shop, it’s a bit of a mess if I’m being honest. We have motherboards, half-broken monitors, and tangled wires all over the place. It’s how we work. Someone is always sitting at the back with a soldering iron trying to fix a circuit. We get all sorts of people coming in with laptops that won't turn on or phones with cracked screens. Noida gets really hot, so we usually have a couple of noisy fans going to keep the machines from overheating. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a workshop vibe here. We talk to our customers plainly—if it can be fixed, we say so, and if it’s junk, we tell them that too. There’s no point in sugarcoating things. We’ve been in Sector-22 for a long time, so we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day and just keep at it. It’s busy, it’s dusty, and it’s loud, but it is what we do. We just like fixing things and seeing them work again. No big mystery to it, really.
