S Infotech

Being inside the GIP Mall at Sector 38 is a bit different from having a shop on the main street. We are at unit 112, and it’s a lot of walking for people to find us sometimes. S Infotech isn't a massive showroom, just a practical spot where we handle computer stuff and software things that go wrong. The mall is always loud with music and shoppers, but inside here, it’s mostly just the hum of cooling fans and us typing away. People come in while they are out for a movie or shopping because their laptop started acting weird or they need a specific cable. We see a lot of students from the nearby areas too. It gets busy on weekends when the mall is packed, and sometimes we have to tell people to come back after an hour because we have four laptops open on the desk. The light in here is those bright office tubes, and it can get a bit tiring by evening. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a hard drive. It’s funny how many people forget their passwords and come to us looking worried. We just sit here, drink our tea when we get a chance, and try to sort out the tech problems. It’s a steady life in a very busy building.
