Rural Engineering Services (Govt Of Up)

This office is tucked away in Sector Pi over at Greater Noida, inside Eldeco Green Meadows. We’re on the ground floor, unit Am-16-Gf. It’s a bit quieter out here than in the middle of a big city, which is nice for getting things done. We work under the UP government, specifically focusing on engineering needs for rural areas. It’s not about big city skyscrapers for us; it’s more about the roads, drains, and buildings out in the countryside where people actually live and work. The office stays pretty busy with files and maps spread out over the tables. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different departments and making sure projects actually move forward instead of just sitting on a desk. Greater Noida-201308 is our base, but the work takes us all over the state. Some days we’re out in the field looking at a site, and other days we’re stuck here doing the math and filling out forms. It’s a government job, so there’s a lot of process to follow, which can be slow sometimes, but that’s just how it is. We’ve got a small crew here who knows the local area well. People come by with questions about infrastructure or local developments, and we try to give them a straight answer based on what’s on the books. It’s mostly about making sure the villages get what they need to function properly. We keep regular hours and don't do anything too fancy.
