Over in Alpha 2, Greater Noida, Riveters Clothing Pvt.Ltd. has its home at H-453. This part of G.B. Nagar is still growing, and we’ve seen a lot of changes since we set up here. Our building is pretty modest, just a standard spot where we can get the clothes made and the business handled. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters in New Delhi, even though that’s where our roots are. We prefer being out here where there’s a bit more space to move around. The daily routine is pretty set: we open up early, check the new samples, and get the machines running. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing on the fabric. We don't go in for fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. If something needs to be moved, the person closest to it moves it. We keep things very direct and simple. The air in Greater Noida is a bit clearer than the main city, and we like the atmosphere of Alpha 2. It’s got a good mix of shops and houses nearby. We aren’t trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make sure the clothing we produce is something we can stand behind. It takes a lot of hours and a fair amount of sweat, especially during the summer months when the air conditioning struggles a bit. But we’ve got a good group of people here who don't mind putting in the effort to get things done right.
