Our office is at K 11 in Sector 18. Rati Software Solutions Pvt Ltd has been operating from here for some time. Sector 18 is usually packed with people, so we’re right in the middle of things. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few long tables where everyone sits with their laptops. It’s not the most ergonomic setup, but we’re used to it. We work on different kinds of software projects. Sometimes it’s a mobile app, other times it’s a website or a custom tool for a business. We don't have a big polished pitch for what we do. We just tell people we build software and then we show them what we've done before. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes it gets frustrating when things don’t go as planned. We’ve had our share of bugs and crashes, but that’s part of the trade. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. There are no sales people here, just developers and a couple of project managers. We like it when it's quiet, though with the windows open, you can hear the street noise from Sector 18. It’s a real place with real people trying to make a living doing what they know. We just take things one day at a time. It's not glamorous, but it keeps the bills paid and the servers running.
