So, we are over at H211 Matrica Vihar in Noida Sector 58. Rashi Wears Pvt Ltd has its setup here, and it's a busy little area. If you know Sec 58, you know it's full of small businesses like ours. We’ve been at this Matrica Vihar address for some time now. It’s where the actual work happens. The place isn't anything spectacular to look at, but it serves us well. We handle our wear and garments right from this spot. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and looking over what needs to get out the door. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our jobs right. The neighbors are mostly other workshops and offices, so it gets loud sometimes. We don't mind. It feels like a real working neighborhood. Finding H211 isn't too hard once you get into the Vihar. We have a few machines and a lot of fabric usually lying around. It's a bit cluttered, honestly, but we know where everything is. Rashi Wears Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us trying to make a living in Noida. We don't use fancy titles or have big board meetings. We just talk over the desks and get to it. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it has worked for us so far.
