We are located on the 3rd floor of C-56/11 in Sector 62. It’s a pretty standard office building in a busy part of the sector. We’ve been working on various infrastructure and property projects from this spot for a while. The elevator can be a bit slow sometimes, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. Our days are mostly spent on the phone or looking at site plans spread out on the table. It’s a lot of technical stuff that we have to explain to people in simple terms. We aren't big on marketing or trying to look more important than we are. We just have a job to do and we get it done. The team here is a mix of people who have been in the industry for years. We’ve seen Sector 62 grow from almost nothing into what it is today. It’s a lot of work making sure all the documents are filed correctly with the authorities. Sometimes we stay late when a project is moving fast, but usually, we try to get home at a decent hour. It's a straightforward office with a lot of coffee and a lot of work. We don't bother with fancy slogans. We just focus on the building part of things. Every time a new person walks in, we just sit them down and explain the current situation without any fluff. It’s how we’ve always done it. The neighborhood has plenty of places to eat lunch, which is about the most exciting thing that happens around here.
