Radisson Mbd Hotel,Noida

We are right in the middle of everything here at L-2, Sector 18 in Noida. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets with the malls and the metro nearby. The hotel is a big landmark, but for us working here, it’s just the place where we spend our ten-hour shifts. It’s always a bit chaotic at the entrance with cars and people coming and going at all hours. We don't really have a "quiet" time. Inside, we’re mostly focused on keeping the floors clean, the rooms ready, and the kitchen running. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on your feet. We don’t really think about "missions" or "visions"; we just think about the next guest who needs a towel or a check-in. The staff area is tucked away in the back where we grab our meals and have a quick laugh before heading back out. It’s a polished building on the outside, but behind the scenes, it’s just us regular folks making sure nothing breaks. The heat in Noida can be brutal, so we’re always glad for the air conditioning. We’ve been at this Sector 18 spot for a long time, and we’ve seen the whole neighborhood grow up around us. It’s a fast-paced life, but we’re used to it by now. Just another day at the Mbd Hotel, trying to keep things moving. We just take it one guest at a time.
