Ista Bangalore (Ihhr Hospitality)

Ista Bangalore is part of the IHHR Hospitality group, and even though the name mentions Bangalore, this office is actually in Noida, over in Sector 36. We’re located at A-16, which is a fairly standard office block in a busy part of Uttar Pradesh. The weather here in Noida gets really hot in the summer, so we’re thankful for the air conditioning. Our days are filled with managing hospitality details and making sure everything is running right for the properties we handle. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. The office itself is pretty basic—we have our desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a small area for tea. Sector 36 is a decent place to be, with enough shops around for when we need a break. We don’t do anything too fancy in this office; it’s mostly just administrative work and planning. People here are pretty relaxed and we don't bother with corporate jargon. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the traffic in Noida makes people a bit late in the morning, but we don't sweat the small stuff. We’ve been at A-16 for a while now and it suits us just fine. It’s a practical workspace for a team that just wants to get the job done and go home. We keep things straightforward and don't make a big deal out of being part of a larger hospitality group or having a name from another city.
