The Oberoi Hotels And Resorts

This office for The Oberoi Hotels And Resorts is over in Noida, at A-124 in Sector-36. It’s a bit of a distance from the actual hotels, so we don't see many guests here. This is where the administrative side of things happens. We spend our days dealing with records, bookings, and a lot of phone calls. The building is a standard Noida structure, nothing too fancy from the outside. Inside, it’s just rows of desks and people working on their monitors. We have a lot of folders stacked up because there's always something to keep track of. Sector-36 is a quiet enough area compared to the main roads. We usually park our scooters out front. The air conditioning hums all day long while we sort through the emails. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments. We don't have a big fancy lobby here; it’s more of a functional space for the staff. We eat our lunch at our desks or go out to the local market nearby. Sometimes we stay a bit late to finish up the weekly reports. It’s just steady work that keeps the whole thing running. No one here is wearing a tuxedo; we’re just regular employees doing our jobs and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the shift. We check the clocks and hope the traffic isn't too bad on the way home. It is a long day but we get it done.
