R W Technologies Pvt Ltd is based in Noida Sector 63. We are at F 436 on the first floor. This sector is full of industrial buildings and office blocks, so it feels very work-oriented. The climb to the first floor is quick and our space is fairly standard for an IT company. We have rows of desks and a small area for meetings that usually just ends up being where we store extra boxes. The air conditioning is the most important thing in the office, especially during the Noida summers. We spend our days mostly on software tasks and technical support. It’s a straightforward environment without any of the modern office gimmicks like bean bags or game rooms. We have a small pantry where the kettle is always on because we drink a lot of tea while we work. The windows look out onto the street which is usually packed with parked cars and delivery bikes. Sometimes the parking situation is a bit of a nightmare, but we manage. Most of the staff has been here for a while, so we all know each other’s habits. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our tech work and go home. It’s a decent, honest place to work and we don’t spend much time worrying about the decor. We just make sure the servers are running and the tasks are getting completed every single day.
