We are R S Properties Consultants Builders and we operate out of Sector 20 15. It is a bit of a simple address, but we have been around this area for a while. Sector 20 is where we do most of our daily business. We aren't one of those massive firms with hundreds of employees. It's a smaller team here, which makes things a bit more personal when we are talking to people. Our office space is practical and used for getting things organized. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to folks about their property needs. In Sector 20, you get to know the local layout pretty well. We don't bother with fancy advertising or anything like that. Most people just hear about us through word of mouth or see our sign when they are passing by 15. It’s a quiet enough spot most days, which helps when we need to concentrate on the details. We just try to give honest advice based on what we see in the market. There isn't any big secret to how we work; we just show up and do what’s expected of us. It’s a local business through and through. We appreciate the people who stop by to ask questions. It keeps us busy and part of the community here. Every day brings something a bit different and we just handle it as it comes.
