Our office is based in F-13, within the Senior Citizen Housing Society Complex on Kasna Road. Being in Pocket P-4 of Greater Noida means we have a bit more space and air than the crowded parts of the main city. It’s a relatively quiet area, which helps when we need to focus on complex drawings or long reports for Punj Lloyd Ltd. The complex itself is well-maintained, and there are some nice patches of green nearby that we sometimes walk past during our breaks. The building is sturdy and functional. We’ve set up our desks in a way that everyone has enough room, though the filing cabinets are starting to take over a bit. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic here, which is fine by us. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a simple kettle and some tea bags in the corner. If the weather is nice, we might open the balcony door to let some fresh air in. It feels more like a community here than a cold business district. Most of the people working in this office have been together for years, so we know each other's habits pretty well. It’s a comfortable, honest place to spend our working hours without any of the usual corporate pretension or people watching the clock every second of the day.
