Prowiz Man System

Our office is at E-136, Sector 41, Noida. It is a pretty quiet street with houses all around. We handle manpower and staffing from here. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls. We spend the whole day looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. We aren't a big agency with a lot of staff. It is just a small team of us in this office. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a computer that is a bit slow. People come in for interviews all the time, so the small waiting area is often full. We try to help people find something that fits their skills, but it takes a lot of time and patience. Sector 41 is a nice place to work because it isn't as loud as the commercial areas. We've been here for a while and the people in the area know us. We don't have a big mission statement or any corporate goals. We just try to match the right person to the right job so everyone is happy. Sometimes it is difficult when a company is in a big rush or a candidate doesn't show up. We just deal with those things as they come. It is a lot of coordination and checking details. We don't do any fancy marketing. Most of our work comes from people recommending us to others. It is just a regular office doing regular work every day.
