We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. People find us because they heard we know what we’re doing. The breakroom is just a small corner with a kettle and some biscuits. We’re just regular people trying to do a decent job and keep the systems running for our clients. It’s quiet work for the most part, punctuated by the occasional frustration of a software bug we can’t find. We keep a few plants on the windowsills to make it look nicer.
