Prognosys is based out of Sector 55 in Noida, specifically at A-123. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s mostly residential but has these pockets where businesses like ours operate. We’ve been in this building for a long time. It’s a solid brick place with a lot of stairs. Our work is mostly electronic services, so the office is full of computers and tangled wires under the desks. We try to keep it organized, but when you’re busy, things tend to get messy. There are about fifteen of us working here regularly. The afternoon sun hits the front windows pretty hard, so we keep the blinds down most of the time. We don’t really do big meetings; we usually just talk across the room if someone needs help with a project. It’s a quiet street for the most part, except for the occasional delivery bike zooming past. We spend a lot of time looking at data and making sure the systems are running right. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. It’s a decent place to spend the day and the tea shop at the corner makes a great ginger chai.
