We've been at Jaismin Market A 64 for a while now. Most days are spent looking at drawings or handling metal parts for different projects. It gets a bit loud in the shop when the machines are running but that's just how it goes here. Prabhu Shila Engineering Pvt Ltd started because we wanted to do this kind of work right in the local area. Sometimes it's hard to find the exact piece someone needs so we spend a lot of time searching or making it ourselves. The office isn't fancy at all. There are papers everywhere and old coffee cups sitting on the desks. We deal with all sorts of people coming in with technical questions or broken machines. Some have been coming to see us for years. It's mostly about getting the job finished so it works the way it should. You might see us out front talking to the neighbors when it's a bit quiet. The heat in the market can be a lot in the summer but the ceiling fans keep things moving. We try to keep things simple here. If someone needs something fixed or a part made we just look at what can be done. It is not always easy and some days go longer than we expect. We just keep at it day after day. It’s just us working through the pile of orders and trying to stay organized in the middle of all the metal and tools.
