Phase-2 in Noida is always a bit of a mess with the traffic. Our spot at A/106 in Sec-80 is right in the middle of it all. If you come by in the afternoon, you’ll probably have trouble parking near the entrance. We’ve been in this industrial area for a good bit of time. It’s loud, there’s always someone hammering or a truck reversing somewhere nearby. We just keep the doors open to let some air in, though it doesn't help much in the summer. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of stuff and a few desks tucked in the corner. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll likely see someone busy with a clipboard. We try to stay organized but with so many orders coming and going, the floor gets a bit crowded. Noida Industrial Area is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat, but we’re used to it. Most of the guys have been with us for years. We eat lunch together and then get back to it. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a magazine, but it works for us. We just get the job done and hope the rain doesn't leak through the roof again like it did last month. It's just a regular business day, every day. There are no corporate bosses here, just people doing their jobs. We like the routine and the familiar faces in the street.
